6. The Mobile Beautician Service You at the Time Allotted (average time) --- kindly pay the time spent if service is unused on time.
7. Mobile Beautican wraps us the services
8. You (client) acknowledge the Delivery of Services Form
(space is provided for comments and the tip you intend to give
--- this will help our records and in fairness to the back office administrators and coordinators,
the tip will be evenly contributed)
9. Kindly give the payment to the Mobile Beautician
